Modern clean and refurbished last July so well kept.|Well designed room on road but very quiet. Comfortable. Two chairs and reasonable sized circular table. Quiet air con.|One of the best breakfast experiences we have had at a Premier. Staff were engaging, helpful and lovely, especially Daniela. Food was hot and fresh on buffet. Comfortable although small restaurant.

We had a very pleasant stay at the end of January. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful, specifically Armondo, who ensured we were able to eat even though we arrived late. The location is just a short walk to the train station. We will visit again.

Despite being situated right on the main road the rooms are very well sound insulated and quiet. Comfortable bed, good shower, handy 5 minute walk to Richmond so a great location. We also found some £10 overnight parking so overall value was great.

I’ve stayed at the Richmond Premier Inn more than four times, but this visit will definitely be my last. The level of incompetence I experienced was beyond frustrating. According to their own FAQ, early check-in can only be requested upon arrival. However, when I arrived and asked about it, the receptionist told me I should’ve emailed ahead of time. Seriously? Maybe the staff should read their own policies before giving incorrect information to guests. I’ve never encountered such confusion and lack of basic knowledge from hotel employees before. If you can’t even get a simple process like early check-in right, how can guests trust you to handle anything else properly? Premier Inn, do better. Train your staff, read your own FAQ, and stop wasting your guests' time with conflicting information. Never again.
