Update: No one reached back out after I contacted Best Houston Casino so there reply is false as we tried to resolve this with them and they advised we would hear back by today. They did not even know that he wasn’t there dealer until after I was looking for him and he inquired. They were most definitely missing a dealer as the name tag was the table my son was working. So add all of their deception to the below review as their response is 85% in accurate. If the business would like to actual reach out we’re open to resolving this matter. BEWARE when using this company as they do not even know who is supposed to be working their tables at your event. My son was sent by White Felt casino company to work an event at the Woodlands country club (apparently there were 2 different casino parties going on at the same location and time). My son advised that Malory (White Felt) had sent him. Best Casino put my son right to work. At 8:45 the White Felt reached out asking where my son was. I said working the casino party. Come to find out Best Houston has my son working their party. Apparently they were still short a dealer even with having my son working their party. White Felt told my son just to walk out but they also had him at the wrong spot. My son didn’t want to leave the people at the table high and dry so he stayed and finished the party. However,Best Houston Casinos has not paid him nor has White Felt who also said they would due to both being highly unorganized. It’s a shame that these businesses operate that way. I would also be very wary of hiring either as they obviously have no clue as to who is interacting with your guest. My son fortunately is a good guy but it could be anyone who comes in dressed in the black pants and shirt and states they are there to work. Both companies were contacted neither want to pay. Even suggested them splitting it and gave number.
I held a casino themed party once before in California, and it was an amazing experience. I wanted to do it again, but needed a vendor in the Houston area, so I decided to conduct Google searches for casino and party planning. Upon reviewing Best Houston Casino Parties’ website, and others, and seeing what they had to offer, I decided to contact and discuss my needs, dates, times and expectations. Bon, and her staff under promised, but over delivered!!! My Guest were beyond words, excited and enjoyed the experience!!!!!!!!
