We just finished the most amazing casino night. Angel ran a perfect event and Kortney was the absolute best craps table runner. Most at our table had never played and he made the night so so much fun!
Had a company event and hired them for Black Jack and Poker tables. As the event started one of their employees left the venue so we were left with one less table. That evening we talked to their rep who said we would be refunded the amount we paid and we were ghosted. After many calls and emails the company did not give back our money and they stopped answering the calls. Tables were old and very worn down. We will NEVER use them again or do we recommend them to anyone.
Had the opportunity to experience them at friends birthday party, would recommend 10/10! Carolyn was patient and taught me from ground zero and made the night amazing!
Do Not Hire Hired this company for an event in May 2024. All of the initial conversations were really good, they even assisted us in moving the date when we had to cancel and reschedule. We hired multiple tables, dealers and decorative items. We were specific with our needs and sent the dress code we required. They even sent us pictures of their dealers so we could be assured to fit our needs. This was a very important event for us, so we paid an additional fee for early set-up and arrival. What an abysmal performance from top to bottom. They showed up in 2 trucks, 1 was an hour late the other was 2 hours late for the event. They were paid to arrive 3 hours early. Multiple tables were broken and no in working order. The chairs with the poker tables were ripped. All the tables were filthy. The dealers, that showed up, were not dressed appropriately and at least one was clearly under the influence. Only half of the dealers even arrived. The decorative items we ordered were a joke. Up lights were a mess of random lights in a box. The deco casino arch never showed. Instead we were handed two “dice” dirty Styrofoam blocks with some black stickers that were peeling off. The day after the event I called a representative and let them know the issues that arise. I was told that this was the fault of the warehouse staff, no ownership from the company. I was also told that the items were coming from Houston and the staff from San Antonio. I hired the company from Austin, during initial conversations I asked were they were coming from and was told Austin. I asked for a refund for the missing items and dealers along with the early set-up fee. I was told they would get back to me. I was offered a 10k party re-do. I let them know we did not want to work with their company again and that my expectation was to be reimbursed for the items that we did not receive. This should be easy right, the dealers didn’t come so they aren’t paying them. The tables never showed up, so they were not removed from inventory. I called for 2 weeks and no response. Do not use this company, what a bunch of scammers!
