I wish I would’ve just watched a YouTube video and cashed in on the insurance check they received. I took my car here after discovering they were a Tesla-approved dealer—only to have my car completely destroyed while in their possession. I originally went in to have my trunk replaced. To date, my trunk has visible gaps, it was installed improperly, and my rear-view camera view is now blocked by my license plate. These gaps are allowing debris, dirt, and even insects into my trunk and car interior! The issues don’t stop there. While in their care, they lost my keys and had Tesla charge me back for the replacement appointment, which I then had to dispute myself. When I finally got my car back, it was returned in worse condition than I dropped it off: Cracked passenger interior mirror Paint all over my windows Scratched steering wheel I reported all of this and was told I’d receive a call back from the service manager. To this day, I have not received a single follow-up. This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Please, take your car somewhere else. The "manager" called today and said "i heard you were looking for me, here i am" over a month later with no solutions .

The whole team at Crash (Ally specifically) were absolute professionals to work with! My Tesla was repaired to new spec in a reasonable amount of time, and I was kept in the loop with every update. I hope I never have to get my car repaired again, but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go!

They held my car hostage, essentially I was paying a car payment for a vehicle that was sitting on their lot, awaiting repairs. Every time I called to inquire about its status, my repair advisor consistently failed to return my calls. After nearly three weeks, the car was finally returned, but it was still not in the correct condition. I decided to let it go and move on. I’m genuinely surprised that a company referred by my insurance company would operate in such a manner. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Perhaps Crash Champions as a Company is better, but as for this location, they really suck!
