HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY! You don't have to worry about being in good hands with Omar and his team, because YOU ARE. The communication was top notch, and they made sure to update me with the repairs of the car. Omar was very professional and gave me an honest breakdown/estimate of how much it would cost to fix my car. I have to mention again that his team are trustworthy, because he actually decreased the estimate upon discovery that certain parts were no longer needed for the repair. I know that is important for many of us when we bring something as valuable as our car to get repaired and not feel like we are being taken advantage of. The pictures tell the story. The car looked BETTER than before the collision, and they took the time to detail it as well. Talk about top of the line customer service. If I could rate 10 stars I would! I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to share just how exceptional the customer service was and most importantly, the quality of work! My car was returned to me and looked better than how I purchased it new from the lot! Omar was absolutely phenomenal, patient, thorough and practiced extremely high communication and kept his word. I was rear ended horribly (trunk wouldn’t close etc.) and I looked for weeks for a honest, economical and a body shop that had integrity! Bavarian possesses that and more! My vehicle is in pristine condition and I’m utterly grateful. In addition, upon my car being returned, Omar and team had the interior and exterior meticulously detailed! You just don’t find impeccable service and good hearted people like this anymore! PLEASE visit them and you won’t be disappointed!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my two passenger side windows busted out while on a visit to Atlanta. The earliest availability to get them replaced was waiting five days. Bavarian was able to clean out the glass and cover my windows for me to drive safely back to Tennessee as I had planned. The last minute request was efficient and with great customer service. Thanks to the entire team for the help.
