I didn’t get the names of the two Asian gentlemen inside but they were life saving! They helped me navigate the active lot to find where I could “check in”, they walked me through the process, ensure my cars in great hands and fixed my car in a matter of days! While waiting to get my car I noticed their overall professionalism with other customers and coworkers. I wish they did more than just body work. I would go there for all my car needs if I could! Oh! Not to mention when I picked my car up. Detailed, washed and looking brand new 🥰 great experience.
Great service! Excellent customer service. Brought my car in to get bodywork and they made sure everything was explained and guided me each step of the way. Kong the owner and his team were pleasant to work with!
The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. After being very uncommunicative about my vehicle, he was extremely rude, and raised his voice and spoke very unprofessionally. He was effectively a grown man who threw the effective equivalent of a temper tantrum because he verbally said he would paint the entire vehicle, and instead painted only part of it. After that, he refused to take credit card, and instead forced us to pay cash, despite not being part of the original agreement. When asked about this policy (which was not listed in the agreement that we both signed nor anywhere at his establishment) he said that he “made it up”, pointing out his petty and unprofessional nature. On top of that, without our consent, he moved the vehicle to a place we could not see. He then stated that he would charge over $150 per parking PER DAY to keep the car there until we came up with the cash. He then also left early, forcing us into a position where we would have to pay upwards of $400 in fees, simply because he all of a sudden refused to take card. They also implied that we were there to scam them, and accused us of questioning his reputation, despite them literally saying one thing and doing another. The owner yelled at his own employee in front of us to “stop talking” at least three times during our conversation. All in all, if you are going to come here, 1) bring cash, and 2) be prepared to be berated, yelled at, and spoken down to by the owner and 3) expect no help from any other employee. Terrible experience, would not recommend under any circumstances.
