Not only was the repair work covered through insurance, but Jesse also made everything much easier by coordinating a rental car for me—including arranging rides for both the pickup and drop-off. I appreciated the regular updates on the status of my car, and the work was completed quickly and right on time. Excellent service and communication—I highly recommend Kelly’s Auto Shop!

I brought my car in to get my rear passenger door fixed after an accident. They said it would take 10 days, they finished a day early. My car looks amazing as if the accident never happened. Paint is flawless. Exterior and Interior was cleaned very nicely! Staff was quick and efficient with getting my repair claim setup and assigned. Great overall experience!

Best car shop experience I’ve ever had. They were timely, communicated honestly and directly, and had cheapest quote of all the body shops in west Midtown, plus they changed my battery (I had an extra) and washed my car for free. Can’t believe they have less than 4 stars, Kelley’s is criminally underrated.

Terrible experience — avoid this shop if you care about your car or customer service. I brought my car in for dent repairs and what I got back was a mix of sloppy work, new damage, and a complete lack of accountability. Not only did the shop not fix one of the dents we clearly discussed during the initial quote, but they also returned the car with a new door ding and scratches in the paint that weren’t there before. To make matters worse, my car had to stay in their shop for an additional week beyond what they promised. When I finally picked it up, it was throwing “service transmission” error messages, which a mechanic later told me likely resulted from them leaving the car idling for long periods — something they never disclosed or took responsibility for. When I brought up my concerns about the unfinished work, the scratches, and the transmission warning, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No apologies, no explanations — just attitude. This shop might fix a dent or two, but they clearly don’t respect your time, your property, or your trust. I would never bring my car here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
