The food was great but the service was far from. I ordered the all you can eat tacos, after getting my food we never seen our server until 20 minutes after I finished eating and when she finally did come she asked if we wanted dessert or our bills. I had expected someone to come by and ask how our food was tasting and planned on ordering some more tacos to avoid sitting and waiting for them. Ended up just asking to change my order to the 4$ tacos then we paid and left.
This place was my grandmother's favorite. She would come on Tuesdays to have the all you could eat fish and chips. The prices have gone up over the years, but if you like fresh fish & chips or other seafood shanty favorites, then they have it. Years ago, they were also combined as a Tennessee Jack's restaurant that offered outstanding chicken, ribs & side dishes, unfortunately that's now history and sadly missed. Check out the daily specials and look for coupons as well. Come with an appetite on all you can eat fish night and enjoy.
Far more expensive than it should be for what it is. Tarter sauce was great, garlic red potato mash tasty and service was decent, waitress really nice but the food wasn't anywhere as good as the reviews. Only two tiny chunks of lobster in the lobster sliders, mostly onions. Fish is too much batter, not much fish and far too salty. Flavors are pretty bland and the cilantro coleslaw was mostly sauce.
