I would never recommend these people to my worst enemy. Starts with 1 1/2 hrs late and high. Seemed clueless on moving things. Were told they would take everything apart. They didn’t know how to do this. Had to show them how to use bubble wrap. No organization of furniture into the trucks whatsoever. Then when they finally got the trucks loaded up. They showed up 1/2 hr after we did. High again. Then they finally started unloading. Then we see how much stuff that they damaged. Starts with they lifted a chest of drawers by they piece of wood that’s between the drawers. They scuffed up the foot board on the bed. Told us the washer and dryer couldn’t fit down the steps. Told us the dressers wouldn’t fit up the steps. Then they damaged the fridge in 3 different places. After 8 hrs they decided they were done and just put all our stuff on the sidewalk and left. They were the laziest people I know. By the way, we got the dressers up the steps and the washer and dryer down to the basement ourselves. Here our some photos. This was a complete nightmare.

I hired this so called "moving company" to move me to a new location. They showed up with two very small trucks and immediately wanted to charge me an additional day of service at almost $2000.00. I refused as I was honest with the "owner" when booking their services as to how big my home was. The movers tore the fabric on my sofa, mattress, and a chair. They also deeply gouged my wood bedroom furniture in several places. They left the legs to my bed laying on the floor so the first night in my apartment I had to sleep on the floor which was disgusting. The movers left my amish solid oak table outside in the rain. They broke an antique intricately carved plant stand - which can not be replaced. They threatened to leave my furniture outside when the 8 hours were up unless I paid them more hours. I asked the owner how to file a claim to be reimbursed for the extensive damage that was inflicted upon my furniture and she refused to answer me. The movers even wanted me to pay them cash to come back the next day "off the record" so the owner wouldn't get a cut of their money and to finish the job of moving my home as they didn't even get half of my furniture in their tiny trucks. To this day I have not heard from this company and am seriously thinking about hiring a lawyer so I can recoup some of the value of the damaged items. I can honestly say I would NEVER recommend this company - they are difficult to work with and obviously did not take care of my furniture when in their care. They left cans of Monster Energy in my lawn along with candy wrappers that I had to clean up. Would I recommend this company? NO!! If they try to contact you to be their movers all I can say is don't walk away from them - run as fast as you can. This isn't a true moving company. It's a bait and switch company that is being run by a woman that lies and doesn't care if her employees do a good job or not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

Would be interested to see a bigger sample of these ratings. The team was on time and very respectful, they take payment upfront as per their contract, however, In my new home, they did notable damage to my flooring, multiple wall paint brushed off, broken one of my new nightstand, back head, six dents on my bed head side. Damaged my dresser front. And for all that they did was waived off 2 hours fee which was 210 $. The damage is far more than what they did to us. I would never hire them again, please hire someone who guarantees or ensure safety of your valuables. I do think they need more then 2 people to do this moving safely things.

Joyful Logistics did an outstanding job for our move. Arrived on time with pleasant, hard working guys. The move was finished within the projected timeframe, with no extra charges. Very fair price.
