I recently had a need for shipping a hazardous part from a Chevy dealership in Haskell Texas to Aurora Colorado. I filled out a form on your website and was contacted the next day by Rich Barancho. He immediately looked for options for me and found several. We corresponded over the next couple of weeks since I was also waiting for the dealership to come up with their own option. As it turned out they were unable to ship a hazardous part so I again contacted Rich and he found several options. He was very customer service oriented and spent quite a bit of time working with me. All of the effort was really appreciated but as it turned out we needed the dealership to provide a pallet to place the box on. They are in such a small town they were unable to do this so in the end I was unable to get my part. However I wanted to show my appreciation for all of Rich’s hard work. He showed excellent customer service skills. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
