I stopped by this store to buy some Glaze Pop candy coating—caramel and blue raspberry. I plan to use the glaze to coat my popcorn when I make it in my kettle, making it extra special. The customer service here was excellent. The associate Pam was very helpful and patiently set up our account to make future purchases easy. KaTom has everything you need for a commercial cooking, as well as everyday personal cooking items.

I’ve purchased 4 coolers and a double oven from them everything was great except for one cooler had some dents from shipping no biggie really. But the last cooler I received literally looked like it had been assembled then half of the bolts had been removed afterwards bottom track for the wheels is extremely loose wobbles back and fourth It looks as if it was a return almost the craftsmanship was absolutely terrible. I called the salesman Coby seemed like he was really going to help I emailed pictures over and now nothing I called back over a week later and I feel as if he is just blowing me off. It will be the last item I buy from them I would rather pay more than do business with some one like that!!!

I do not recommend buying from them. I bought a Pitco fryer for commercial uses. After I installed it, there was a flaw in the design. There was no way I could turn the button, I had to alter the button because I had to put the fryer into the use immediately. It was past their operation time, so I couldn’t reach the customer service. I emailed them the next day about this issue, seeing if I could get store credit or partial refund. It took them a while to respond, and they replied with that they can’t do anything about it because I already altered the button. And I should’ve contact them before I did anything to the button, then they could help me. They then suggested that I should reach out to the manufacturer. I know this is a design flaw, but I purchased the fryer from them, they should be the one reaching out the manufacturer about this, not me.

This is a very shady company. I do not recommend buying anything from them. They shipped me a used item and refused to refund. I later found the same item at a third of the cost from the manufacturers website then they denied that it’s the same manufacturer where the pan is clearly stamped in the back with the manufacturers Website and name. I had to get Better Business Bureau involved to help this situation and Katom is still lying about this product being new where my pictures clearly show the product they sent me is completely used.
