I’ve been a customer at REW for more than 6 years. Spent a lot of money there with opening two businesses and bought all my kitchen equipment there. I am very very dissapointed. First, they sold me a proofing machine that wasn’t working and didn’t even bother to unpack it and take off all the stickers inside on top of being a broken machine. Thank god I went to culinary school and knew I had to take them off before use. They tried to charge me for a new one which of course I did not agree t and finally after 8 weeks, deliveres a new one to me. Now, after only one year of using it, my counter fridge for drinks stopped working completely. $1400 and it only worked for a year and of course their technician said he cannot fix it and that I should simply buy another one as if I won the lottery? REW is ripping people off and does not care about customer service as soon as they got your money. I will never go to them again for my equipments and will make sure I tell my restaurants owners friends to not go there at all since they are selling defective machines and will not be very willing to help you out. They do not give refunds, only store credits? For what? So dissapointing…. I lost $1400 for a fridge that lasted a year only.

Always interesting to walk around here. Lots of equipment and toys to add to your repertoire. Prices are good for some of the things while you may find some things cheaper elsewhere. Friendly service.
