a moça que fez minha unha fez muito bem, mas ocorreu um problema SÉRIO de biossegurança aqui: o palito pra limpar as bordas da unha era REUTILIZÁVEL! isso é um absurdo! corri risco de contrair hepatite! vigilância sanitária deveria passar aqui urgente pois isso é MUITO grave! depois até fiquei na duvida se o alicate utilizado passava mesmo na auto-clave. ainda reclamei com o rapaz do caixa e ele falou “ok, obrigado”. (????) não voltarei e não recomendo.
Agendei horário hoje às 17h30 para fazer as unhas, recebi mensagem de confirmação pelo whats e ao chegar no salão tinham agendado outra cliente para o mesmo horário e não fui atendida. Total falta de profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente. Não recomendo!!
