Tenho horário de almoço fixo e são 15 minutos pois minha jornada é de 6 horas, pois bem, fiz o pedido e o pedido chegou com 40 minutos de atraso além o limite, tentei ligar ninguém me atendia, mandei mensagem no mecanismo de conversa do Ifood ninguém me respondia e muito menos pelo WhatsApp, 40 minutos depois de ter perdido o meu horário de almoço, não almoçado recebi uma única mensagem “OLA PEDIDO A CAMINHO” ????? Sem se quer me deram um posicionamento decente, escutaram o meu áudio, o meu Feedback e nem se quer me responderam. Cadê a empatia e o cuidado com o cliente? A empresa tem muito a melhorar ainda, principalmente no assunto de relacionamento com o cliente. Péssimo atendimento.
