NOMAD Yoga + Barre

Nomad Yoga and Barre is so much more than a studio. The different classes offer something for everyone, including barre, yoga, weight training, slow flow, flow and stretch and more! Each class has a different twist and the owner Justyne offers modifications to include all levels. You will never be bored as the classes change weekly but are always challenging. The members are so warm, welcoming and supportive of everyone that joins a class. Nomad is one of North Haven's best kept secrets! I highly recommend this studio!!!

Nomad Yoga Barre has truly become my second home! The sense of community here is unmatched, especially among the incredible group of women who share this journey with me. Justyne, the owner and Yogi, is not only an expert in her craft but a caring and supportive guide who makes every class feel welcoming. She has been instrumental in my fitness journey, helping me find strength, joy, and confidence in every session. I can’t recommend this studio enough to anyone looking for a place to grow, connect, and feel empowered. Five stars all the way!

Nomad Yoga & Barre is unlike any other yoga or fitness studio. I’ve been attending since May and the owner, Justyne, makes you feel welcome from the very second you walk in. Over the last few months, I’ve felt myself get stronger and improve as a yogi. Justyne is awesome at giving modifications when you need it and has killer playlists too.
