Core & Restore Yoga

WOW!! Just finished my CR2 Power class and I'm still buzzing (and sweaty)! If you're serious about your yoga and want a challenging, empowering workout, this is your place. The hot power classes are meticulously designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Rosanna has been knowledgeable, encouraging, and has an incredible ability to motivate. She offers great modifications for all levels, but also pushes you to find your edge. The studio itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a fantastic vibe. Prepare to sweat a lot, challenge yourself, and leave feeling absolutely amazing. Highly, highly recommend!

I only share high praises for this top notch yoga studio! From a warm, prestine and serene atmosphere to knowledgeable, supportive and nonjudgmental instructors. I especially enjoyed the ice cold washcloths at the end of class. My only complaint is they don't offer classes in Chicago, but I will be making way back to class whenever I visit Portland, Connecticut!

I attended a retreat in Mexico with Core & Restore in March 2025. Despite not knowing anyone from the studio before the retreat, everyone made me feel instantly welcomed and part of the crew. I had an awesome time at the retreat and thoroughly enjoyed the classes and really the whole experience. I am so grateful I had the chance to attend and meet the wonderful people from this studio!
