I should have pulled up reviews before taking my vehicle to this shop. If only I could submit NO stars. First of all, ERAN IS AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT OF A MANAGER. Communication is non-existent, and when there is communication, false information is given. I dropped my car off in JUNE. it is now SEPTEMBER and the car is still not ready for pick up. The fact that I have received no updates and have had to call the shop myself to ask what's going on with my car is WILD. Not only did Eran fail to appropriately communicate with the insurance company about what needed to be done for parts to be ordered way back in June, she also provides ZERO FOLLOW UP and is filled with nothing but excuses every time I'm able to reach the shop for an update. Each week, its something different. The front desk associate is very nice but he unfortunately does not have the necessary information, as that is beyond the scope of his position. I feel bad that he gets all the phone calls from disgruntled clients all because Eran is BEYOND SUBPAR at her job. An absolute disappointment and THE most unprofessional experience I have EVER dealt with. Literally. I 100% regret listening to Dyer and Dyer Volvo's recommendations to take my vehicle to this terrible shop.
Great experience, don’t know how they have less than 5 stars! Eran and Paula are amazing providing great customer service and transparency throughout the process. My car needed some extra love but they made sure I was aware of that before performing the work. Also … result… Amazing! Car never looked better! Bring your BMW or Mini here if you want it looking like nothing ever happened! Thank you Global!
No surprise here—just like many others, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I brought my vehicle in after a branch fell on my windshield, and it ended up being in the shop for 10 weeks. I've had a car totaled before and never had to wait this long. From the very start, there was zero communication or transparency. I didn’t get any accurate updates until the final three weeks—only after Eran, the manager, stepped in and finally provided clear and helpful communication. Prior to that, it was nearly impossible to get a call back or even speak to someone. Multiple times when I would phone, always in a polite and respectful manner, I was spoken to with a lot of disrespect. While I want to acknowledge that Eran was professional and kind, and truly tried to help, it was too little, too late. Unfortunately, I had no other option for service, but I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
