I was frantically searching yesterday for a fast way to get my friend’s phone fixed before our cruise, I called Rob and he answered almost immediately. He came out early today after sourcing a screen for us overnight since he didn’t have the one we needed in stock, showed up exactly when he said he world, and fixed it in under 30 mins. He was super reassuring and made sure to give all the information up front. Super communicative throughout the process. His fix time states 30 minutes but was done in less than 15. Super quick & efficient & my phone feels brand new. Can’t thank Rob enough.

I called him around 8 in the morning because I had shattered my screen my first day here, and dropped it in the water on my last day right before my flight.
