We needed help with a VERY clogged toilet in an old building and Plombier Montréal came to the rescue! Service was prompt and on time, which was appreciated. Our case was bit complicated, but Paul was professional and helpful in ensuring a working toilet and a happy outcome for all. If ever need another plumber, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Booked an appointment on Thursday at 10am, by 11am no one had shown up. I called to make sure the plumber was still on their way, and was told yes I was next on their list.. by 5pm no one had shown up, so I called again. The plumber said they were having truck problems and asked to reschedule for 9am Friday. I was a little annoyed by lack of communication but I agreed. Friday at 10am still no plumber. So I call again. I was assured that they were 30mins away.. 3 more hours pass and no show. I call again.. Boss says something went wrong and they will send me a different plumber in 45 mins. An entire day passes with no one showing up.. I call the plumber and they made up an excuse and rescheduled for Saturday 9am. By 11am, still no show. Boss says to call in 30mins if they still haven't arrived. It is now Sunday and zero communication. No idea how you expect to run a business with what seems like intentional lies about making appointments.
Called April 25th 2022 10h30, left voicemail - phone number to reach and detail of plumbing work. Nobody returned call, it's April 26 2022 20h45. Not sure about all 5 star reviews. I wouldn't count on this company or those reviews.
