A BaezI’ve been to other Cartier stores around the world & had pleasant memorable experiences. Cartier at the Wynn was another story. Initially, the lady that greeted me was super sweet. The SA I was told that could help me made me feel uncomfortable, he wasn’t very friendly. SA was a bit standoffish and short with me. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but I felt rushed out. I was only exchanging this time.. not buying a new piece so maybe he didn’t feel like he had to try engaging a friendlier demeanor. I was trying out fragrances while I waited & really liked 2 of them but fragrances lady more like a “Karen”acted the the one sample she gave me was coming out of her paycheck. It made me not want to purchase anything from her. Fragrances “Karen” gave off condescending vibes. I’m used to receiving at least 2 samples minimum. It didn’t end there… when I got home & opened the bag I was flabbergasted to realize they didn’t wrap the box. Opening the box the necklace was coming out with the pendant on the necklace was on backwards. I was glad I didn’t loose my piece but felt very disappointed. I had higher expectations from a luxury house like Cartier. I felt like my visit was such an inconvenience. I won’t be coming back to this store ever again.

I’m from Brazil and the all the process started by phone and messages. Jordan was patient and answered all my questions, and solved every issue I had. Truly outstanding service. It really made a difference. I highly recommend this place!
