Horrific Service! This company is a complete joke, how major companies such as Sam’s Club uses them is beyond me. Service has been so bad that I’m seriously considering canceling my Sam’s membership until they use a different delivery carrier. I have filed complains with Sam’s and to the point of canceling the order completely as I haven’t received the product. AIT’s customer service is worse than their shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.
Good morning World. Today 8 November 2024 is not the greatest feeling of what I am about to share with you. I strongly feel it is my civic duty to share how DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED I am in the organization. “AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS” have truly let me and my family down on several occasions in the span of 5 days. How did they disappoint. 1). They were supposed to deliver our items to us on a specific day and time that they chose and did not ask if we would be home or available, as if we don’t have to work. My wife texted them back but received no response back. 2). The appointment time was supposed to be on 28 October 2024, from 10am to 2pm. (NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. 3). My wife received a text from Chris on 28Oct24 at 2:13pm (this was after the scheduled time they were supposed to be at our house) stating “Hi, this is Chris from AIT Worldwide Logistics sending you a courtesy message to check the progress of your order scheduled for today. Please let us know if the team assigned to your order has been in contact with you or if there are any issues. Your experience is very important to us. Please advise and confirm by responding to this message. Thank you.” My wife texted Chris back stating no one contacted us and asked him to call her. Crickets, she didn’t hear back from him. I called and spoke to a representative after several attempts to get a live human being to answer the phone. Then I was transferred to scheduling. Which this individual was very helpful. (NOTE: Johan was the only one helpful. Even after him, there was more disappointment from Management because I was told that the supervisor was going to call me but Shanda NEVER CONTACTING US AS STATED). This is why I have to conduct this SAD, but needed review. To sum this entire process and unacceptable experience. This company is extremely horrible in the areas of (DELIVERY, NO SHOW for 28 Oct), (Timeliness, Representatives have you on hold trying to figure out what is going on while customer is on the phone waiting for positive updates, NOT), (DISHONESTY, one of the delivery people went back and told the agency we refused to accept our item on 28 October, “WHATTTTTTTT”. Lies, Lies, Lies. Management was supposed to call us to make us whole. Never happened! Lies, Lies, Lies.), (Professionalism, I cannot state that everyone is not Professional, BUT MAJORITY RULES IN THIS INCIDENT. This company needs sincere training from an outside source not within the company, on customer service and Professionalism. I have so much more to share, but the more I type I relive this event over again. In closing, if at all possible please, please, please USE ANOTHER TRANSPORTATION ORGANIZATION. If they gave me an opportunity to have lifetime free delivery service from this organization, I WOULD TURN IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I am not proud of this review, but I am proud to assist my fellow Sisters and Brothers to be aware. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 I only gave them a 1 star review, because there is no option to give them a ZERO. We ended up getting our Purple mattress on 1 November 2024. The gentleman that delivered it was contracted out by AIT and they did an excellent job upon arrival and departure.
Delivery company from Hell. I bought a 3500 mattress and never received it. The first delivery time I set up, they never came because I didn’t confirm the delivery time within ten minutes of them texting me. The second time they said it was out of stock, and I was never contacted that it would not be delivered. I sat around for 5 hours and wasted my whole day waiting for a second time! Then that rescheduled delivery was lost in transit! How do you lose a mattress? I’ve wasted three days for this company to fail me each time. I took off work one of the days! Absolutely horrible company.
