My car transport with WR Transport was arranged through Amerifreight Auto Logistics, without my knowledge that WR Transport would be the actual carrier. At pickup, the driver was not able fit into the driver seat of my car to drive it up the trailer ramp due to items in the back seat. It was suggested to move things out of the vehicle, but the driver did not confirm that we should take that path. After minutes of him saying nothing and just staring at my car, I asked if it was advisable for me to drive my vehicle up the trailer ramp with his direction and he said yes. As I was driving up the ramp after the driver told me to continue forward, my car made a forceful impact with the trailer and the bumper was damaged. I was assured by the driver, the dispatcher, and the Amerifreight Auto Logistics representative that my insurance coverage that came with my service purchase would cover the damages and I had nothing to worry about. When purchasing service, I was told that it came with insurance that covered up to $200,000. But since delivering my vehicle, I have contacted my Amerifreight Auto Logistics representative asking for the insurance policy and he gave me WR Transport’s auto policy, where I am not an insured. It has been 2 months now and a claim is filed by WR Transport, but all parties are refusing to repair my vehicle, although it was stated that insurance was included in my purchase. What they are trying to do is dispute the claim as not at fault so that my car does not get fixed. I believe I have been scammed by illegitimate companies with illegal business practices. Additionally, I never received a Bill of Lading nor a copy of the insurance claim and writeup that I initially signed at the scene of the accident. They also charged me an extra $50 for an afternoon pickup the day of only because the driver didn’t want to take the afternoon route, even though that was the pickup time they committed to when I was arranging the service. Be careful and think twice about using them. They do not actually care about their customers.

After several very bad experiences with "Brokers" who used "bait and switch" tactics raising rates after the original qoute, sold or gave my information to scammers, etc., I called W R Transport directly as they are located a short distance from our place in Lakeland, Florida and spoke to Ricky. He gave me a fair price to transport my vehicle from Upstate NY to Florida. He was polite, the truck arrived when originally scheduled, and he kept me informed of the status of the arrival, etc. Vehicle was waiting for me in Florida with no damage. Great service in an industry where that apparently is not common. Will use again if needed !

I had all 5 of my lug nuts back off when I pulled into establishment which is also a mechanic shop and the guy using the impact gun said there was no wrench there that would tighten up my tire. I was like WOW.... Luckily about an hour later, another guy pulled in and was able to locate a socket set..

This Company is my favorito not because my brother like father run the Company is for th extraordinarias persons work there and fantastic services for customer. Like truck driver or dealership. I give more than 5 stars Ricky W.R the ALLSTAR TRANSPORT
