This is how you do hospitality!!!! Never experienced such friendly service at a hotel, ever. I am so impressed. They were so very helpful when I arrived late at night with my mother, who is handicapped, and my baby (9 months). Larry is who checked us in and helped with so much, bringing things in, allowing us to use a photo of ID because it was misplaced, gave us some treats and water since it was late. Was so very friendly, welcoming and understanding. Lounge was extremely clean and updated, Breakfast was fresh and delicious, pool was nice and clean, laundry room was efficient, room was spacious. Only thing that could have been done better was the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Otherwise this is a dream hotel.

I stayed here for one night, and while the experience was decent overall, there are some areas that could use improvement. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself feels quite dated, and the hallways were not very clean. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, but also dated in appearance. On arrival, I found a large spider in the bathtub. When I mentioned this to the front desk, the staff explained that housekeeping had already left for the night, but she did offer to switch me to another room, which I appreciated. The room lighting was poor and could definitely be improved. Breakfast was the usual standard for a budget hotel—not bad, but nothing special. Complimentary coffee and muffins are available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. However, there was no luggage assistance available. Overall, it was an okay stay for a night, but considering the dated facilities and limited amenities, the price feels a little high for what you get.

We thought the hotel was good. 5 of us stayed in one room with little complaints the bathroom could have used an actual closing door instead of the sliding one which had gaps and wasn't sound proof at all. But the pool was great and very clean. Breakfast was okay. The room was fairly cleaned well, just not stocked with enough towels. Parking lot is easy and the hotel is centrally located of lots to do.
