The hotel experience was great. Immaculate cleanliness. Hotel lobby was well kept. Hospitality was top notch. The best of all, the price on Booking.com was the same as when I got to the hotel! Hard to do that lately. I rated 4 stars because, although I had a great experience, I felt as though the corridors and elevator were slim/tight and could use some updating. And the parking was awful.

We found this room to be an excellent place to rest. We were quite happy that the room was so cozy for the price. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with Dove products, and they even provided a face wipe, which, though not Dove, was a thoughtful touch. They offered a good selection of breakfast items, which we enjoyed before departing at 10:00 AM. As a helpful note, we were informed that if the parking area is full, we could park in the numbered spaces, as the signs have not yet been removed. We would certainly consider staying here again.

I would not recommend this place. The front desk staff were rude. The kitchen staff was as well. There was one young lady (manager?) that was very kind. The breakfast is undesirable. Breakfast is from 6-10am, if I recall. The pancake machine isn’t filled until 8am and finishes at 9am. Once emptied, they do not refill it, regardless the amount of guest that are staying. It was fully booked during our stay. The parking was included, which was nice. The pool was nice too. Although there were people watching us the whole time. I literally have a video of ppl staring at us, in the pool (from the window). Room service staff were very nice. I left disappointed

We had a 3 day stay at Holiday Inn Express, Springfield, MA and were very pleased with the cleanliness, staff, and the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. Staff in the dining area was very hospitable and friendly. The downside was the area surrounding the hotel. My husband and I like to walk however did not feel safe so opted not to leave the hotel until we were going by car. I did use the treadmill in the exercise room but would have enjoyed a walk outside.
