Rodgers Ins and Financial Services LLC: Allstate Insurance

We recently had to file a claim for the first time in years. The folks at Rodger’s Insurance took our call and from there on out it was the smoothest procedure I’d had in years. Can’t say enough good things about the service and professionalism.

I dropped allstate, auto policy renewed in December, went up 20 dollars no big deal. Decided to drop a car and motorcycle that's no longer on the road a month later. They essentially took what I was paying for those and added to the premium for the one vehicle left on policy. Called to ask why the premium for that vehicle doubled and was given the b.s. line of a rate increase. So i had a rate increase in December then exactly one 1 month later I had a 100% increase.tried calling my agent and got no reply, 2 hours later I cancelled. Got full coverage through progressive for less than half of what I was going to be paying. in no sane world can you justify a premium increase of 100% a month after your policy renews and was already given a rate increase
