I highly recommend this insurance.If you are in an accident, they work hard to make sure you dont have anything to worry about. Another thing that this insurance offers is southern hospitality. You wont find that with any other insurance!!

Take monthly payments out of my checking account when I didn't have money in there and cause me to pay the bank overdraft charge several times I canceled my coverage with them went to progressive and they took monthly payments out of my checking account 189.00 and made me pay the bank another overdraft charge again

Out of the blue today I received a letter stating they are no longer available in Kentucky. Kentucky National?????! Really!! And I’ve had claims about my roof but never get it covered! It’s always an excuse! Every neighbor has gotten new roofs due to multiple storms, but not me. They want me to pay to piece it. I had put a couple shingles on needed it before storms. And because of that they say I voided my warranty. But that’s exactly what they want me to do per adjuster. The color match law should apply. So again I have a new claim due to another storm(Helene). And it’s been over a month to get an answer. So I’m at a loss of what to do.

They say that they pride themselves on excellent customer service, WHAT A JOKE!! Absolutely the worst experience with an insurance company I’ve ever had! Not only did my rates constantly go up, there was never an explanation for rate increases! It was next to impossible to get a hold of our agent, and when we were finally able to get a hold of him to let him know that we were canceling our policy, he assured us that he would take care of it. A week later they still tried to take the money from my account. Luckily they were unable to get the money! I wouldn’t recommend Kentucky National to anyone!
