wish i could rate it 0 stars, the manager here is repulsive. going around the store, my sister and i were looking forward to getting some new (and seemingly high quality) bras for ourselves. each bra is honestly too overpriced (almost $40??) but they were offering 40% off deals and an additional 10% off. we bought three average bras, which came to a total of $73.14, and the sales associate (she seemed nervous, might have been new, but she was pretty nice) told us the rewards card would be an extra $10 written on the receipt (which should've been the first red flag), but that they'd be charging $2 for it instead. she didn't tell us this card would be nonrefundable. we later decided that we didn't want the bras anymore, so we went to return it. it started off fine but the manager, an old lady with long dark hair and a russian sounding accent, told us the refund would be $73.14 ($10 less than what i paid). my sister asked to see the receipt since the refund total was wrong and she told her "no u cannot" in a very aggressive tone while snatching the paper away, then went on to tell us that we have to keep the $10 card that we paid $2 for. scammed me out of $8, which is crazy bc ur merchandise is nearly $100 itself. we went in with high expectations, and left after being scammed and disrespected for no real reason. the manager also said "i'm glad u understood it that fast, i usually have to argue and fight with the customer when i explain" and that alone should tell u enough abt her. women please avoid this place. u can buy better prettier bras for better prices at a place that actually respects their customers. i've also looked thru and seen reviews where ppl r saying the manager has literally groped them with the excuse of "checking the fitting" of the bra. disgusting. she should be fired and replaced. with a rep like that, this place should just be shut down honestly. photo attached is of my og charge and the refund. btw i dont even want this useless card anymore cuz i know im never going back here. good luck getting any customers to come back with a shitty manager who gropes and insults ppl like that. absolutely insane.

worst experience ever. thought my sister and i would go in for the first time to treat ourselves to some bras. we were glad to see the 40% off on almost everything and saw a board saying we could also get 10% off. seemed like a good idea. the first lady who cashed us out was sweet and soft spoken, explained how the 10% off deal worked but didn’t quite explain it right. we thought about our purchase while roaming around the mall and decided we wanted to return the bras we bought so we went back. the manager helped process the refund to the card. it was about $12 less than what we anticipated. i asked if i could see the receipt and she goes “no you may not”… excuse me?? she had an accent and long black hair with bangs. disgusting attitude and disgusting experience. we will not be shopping here again and don’t recommend for anyone to either. what a scam and absolutely horrendous customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. My mother came in to exchange a bra for the correct size and the first employee she approached was very kind and helpful. However, another older woman — who I believe may be the manager (has like a Russian accent)— abruptly stepped in and insisted on helping instead. She then brought my mother a size that was clearly far too large, despite my mother knowing her correct size (36C) and expressing that it didn’t fit. When my mother politely mentioned the issue, this woman insisted on entering the fitting area to inspect the fit, which made my mother uncomfortable. Not everyone is okay with that kind of intrusion, and it felt very unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it seems we are not the only ones who have experienced similar problems with this particular employee. I hope the management addresses this ongoing concern, as it reflects poorly on the store. I will be reaching out to management directly because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
