Went in to exchange an item (medium to large) for a purchase at the Milton location. Had checked the website which stated that this (Argentia) store had stock (both Milton and Burlington had low stock). The customer service experience at the Argentia store was pathetic. Walked in with the receipt to cleary show the exact product I wanted. Started with the younger employee with the could-care-less attitude showed me similar products, did not want to he bothered and went back to folding items. Went to the older employee and showed the receipt and that the website stating that the Argentia store had stock... this employee tells me there are many locations in mississauga and just to "go look over there". Lol. Spent 20 minutes looking through items w/o assistance and left. Mark's is usually a decent place but idk what's wrong with the staff here. Seems other customers have had better luck here but I wouldnt chance it here again - this can't be the experience Management should be promoting.

400 dollars of merchandise and they charged for a bag then when I got home they charged me for an item I never even bought and I was told it was the manager who checked me out, Horrible experience and employees on their phones to much

Expensive things as compared to other stores. On the top of that, I ordered something online they said it will be available within two days almost but it took almost a month they called me i had to wait for long!!
