I can’t stop crying. I can’t believe I paid 70 CAD and went by myself just to ruin my own hair. If I had given the scissors to a 7-year-old child, they would have done a better job. When I first arrived, I explained clearly that it was my first time and that I don’t speak French well. I never imagined that the stylist would take revenge on me for not speaking French perfectly. It was not at all the model I wanted. I asked for a layered haircut to give me some volume. Instead, I got the most basic cut possible. Yes, it was my mistake to trust the hairdresser, Danielle. I let her decide on the length and details, and she completely ignored what I asked for. If I knew of a place to file a complaint or even sue, I would do it without hesitation. And if that wasn’t enough, after giving me this awful haircut, she charged me an extra 35 CAD for simply drying my hair—calling it “styling.” If your hair matters to you, do not go to this salon, and never trust Danielle.

Awesome hairdresser, Danyelle! I recently moved into the area from Ontario to Quebec... my first time at this salon was a great experience and I have booked my next appointment with her!

A beautiful little spot with skilled hairdressers and superior customer service. Beautiful sitting area and lots of extras. They really make you feel special! Highly recommended.
