I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Sanderson Management. On July 30th I was locked out of my building late at night, as the front door to the building was broken. I received no assistance from the “emergency” line, despite calling twice and explaining that it was raining and my phone was about to die. No one ever called me back. I was stranded outside, alone, in the rain with a dying phone. As a female, I was put in a very vulnerable position. I eventually entered only because another resident happened to come by. Even worse, management later claimed they had “no record” of my emergency call, which is extremely concerning for a situation involving safety and building access. More recently, I discovered that my buzzer code, which I rely on for access, had been reassigned to someone else without my knowledge or consent. When I asked management to address the issue and take responsibility, I was met with dismissive responses and no willingness to make the situation right. Between the safety concerns, the access issues, and the complete lack of accountability, my experience has been unacceptable. Residents deserve better support than this.
Recently moved out of a building managed by Sanderson. We booked the service elevator through our concierge and the property manager booked over our booking. It was chaos as several groups were moving in/out at once. There were other issues during our time in the building, mainly around communication. They switched communication platforms and did not let us know or add us to the new platform until we asked about it. This led to no communication about things like water shut offs, major construction projects in the building, and maintenance teams coming to our unit.
I had a storage locker vadalised 2 years ago. I keep calling and emailing but nothing is done to repair it. So, here it is 2 plus years later.
