I was dealing with Carina out of the Kitchener office about canceling our account given the same service doubled in price over 2 years. I canceled my preauthorized credit card payments in writing. They processed the payment anyway. She then copped out by saying she doesn't have access to our account. I called and spoke to Jenn in customer service. She was quick and polite and took care of it right away. Fire Carina. Promote Jenn.

I recently purchased a new commercial space and was recommended to Waste Connections for waste services. I called to inquire about setting up an account, but the experience was absolutely terrible. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional. I could overhear people in the background laughing, giggling, and even gossiping about others—not exactly the kind of atmosphere you expect from a customer service team. It felt like I was interrupting their social hour just to get basic information. To top it off, the quote I received for service was absolutely insane. I expected competitive pricing, but what I got was far beyond reasonable. Between the unprofessional phone experience and the outrageous pricing, I can’t understand how this company comes so highly recommended. Definitely rethinking my options.

The most unprofessional company ever. I know that the gas prices have gone up but it’s ridiculous with their pricing. Explain to me. How am I gonna be paying for 4 yard? How on earth is it reasonable that I have to pay $800 for a 4 yard. As a business owner, that’s not reasonable and I genuinely do feel that this company really focusses on charging Businesses every little thing whether it’s the fuel weather is some other stuff that they come up with to me. It’s just ridiculous. I would not recommend you working with them. There’s other companies that will offer you a much More affordable deal not to mention the unprofessionalism with the wraps I can hear people giggling and talking about other people and just fooling around like come on who wants to work with a company that does that and then I’m paying $800 a month no thank you
