Sassé Wellness and MedSpa

I went with my sister while she was visiting with her boyfriend in town and they were impressed by the spa and varying pool temperatures. It was incredibly relaxing and I wish we could have stayed a bit longer but they had a plane to catch! The staff was super kind and accommodating and allowed us to put the luggage in a sectioned off area. Towels, body wash, shampoo and slippers are provided. The outdoor deck was really beautiful and provided a clear view of Portland. I will certainly be returning🧖🏼‍♀️

Not worth the $$. I was super excited but very disappointed. First off, there was literal shit all over the sidewalk coming into the spa. The entire area around the spa building was super sketchy. Then the co-ed dressing rooms, that were packed was gross. I'm not shy but why the hell do I want guys walking around when I'm trying to change. After that we wait by the pools until it is time for our massage. The pools were nice but it was cold outside, we were told there was no where indoors we could wait. THEN we given these uncomfortable poncho to put on. Yes I mean poncho...with the sides completely open and some plastic slippers. Sorry I've been to ALOT of spas and can say this one was very disappointing.

As a family photographer in Portland, it’s so easy for me to work nonstop—I love what I do. But stepping into Knot Springs is the reminder I need that rest is productive too. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Whether I’m soaking in the springs, taking a sauna break, or just enjoying the quiet views of the city, I leave feeling like a more grounded version of myself. It’s a reset I didn’t know I needed but now can’t live without. Highly recommend to any fellow busy bees or creatives who need to pour back into themselves.
