Overall my stay at the Oregon Garden Resort was pleasant, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the free continental breakfast was great. Room furnishings could use a little update, several chipped and worn spots and although I can see what they were going for with an eclectic mix of furnishings it comes off a bit miss matched. In room coffee maker was nice as well as the fireplace. Free access to the gardens with our stay was a great added bonus. This is a great resort with awesome access to the local areas treasures. Would stay again and look forward to doing so in the near future!

We held our board retreat here. This place is beautiful, Booking and getting all the details squared away was good. The staff was amazing at getting us all checked in and accommodating our needs. The meeting room was clean, neat and well stocked with what we needed. Food was amazing! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to do a group retreat or to stay for personal reasons its amazing too.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place is lovely. The rooms were clean, the balcony was quiet and private. It was very nice to be able to park right outside the room. The weather had cooled the day we arrived. The heat is from the fireplace but when I tried to turn it on it didn’t fire up. I called the desk and was told that pilot light was turned off because they create heat on hot days. It only took 5 minutes before an employee arrived to light it. Great service! The lounge had comfy couches and live music every night, which we throughly enjoyed. The breakfast had a variety of good items, far better than other high end hotels we stayed at during our trip. The garden was so beautiful and it was convenient to go through the back gate but we did get a little lost trying to walk down to the front entrance to get a map. I just wish we had time to stay another night

Beautiful set up and kept grounds. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Having an iron and ironing board was great but having the iron permanently secured to the ironing board made it difficult to iron. The breakfast offered was great! Enjoyed the Bar with live music. The front desk was courteous and very helpful. While we were pleased with the overall maid service with the tidy up of the common areas we were surprised to find no restock of tissues or toilet paper. The tissue box was empty, I took it out and put it on the counter and the box was not replaced. I had to request toilet paper at the front desk twice. Room had (2) two rolls to begin with and when one was left another was not replaced and then there were no rolls and none were replaced. The outdoor pool with the hot tub was very nice but the pool was too cold to really enjoy. Witnessed other guests would enter the pool and hop out quickly to go back to the hot tub. Maybe consider to add a little heat to the pool? Our daughter's wedding was held the weekend during our stay and the wedding grounds were beautiful and the wedding was also beautiful and memorable. Recommend this place for a wedding venue. ;)
