The Allison Inn & Spa

I have just returned to Alberta from a four night stay at this hotel. Everything about my stay was fantastic! Dawn, at the front desk, was extremely helpful! There is a wonderful breakfast room staff delivering a good variety of food choices. Another thing that made my stay much easier was that there was room to park my 45 foot coach bus at the back of the hotel without any issue. I also appreciated the impeccably clean room, very comfortable bed and daily freshening up of the room! So love the option to eat breakfast in the outdoor (heated) patio! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The service has always been outstanding. I must say Dawn and Arny, are great. He has worked the kitchen for some time and always does a great job with the food and is both pleasant to talk to. But also.on his toes to insure everyone is greeted and that they have what they need. Dawn has worked the front desk for some time as well and is always friendly, despite work.the night shift and she has helped me out numerous time when my schedule doesn't allow me to arrive until after midnight. Couple thst with the fact thst they offer so much more than.most place twice as expensive. A dinner snack with free adult beverages and good food. Fresh cookies at 8pm and a 24 hour pool and jacuzzi, that has jets that are strong enough to actually work out knots (huge selling point for my spinal injuries).and such things as electric bikes for rent, geographically great for getting around town or getting back on the freeway. I have worked and played in 33 countries and most of our wonderful states, and this Holiday Inn Express, far exceeds anything in it's price range. If you can get a room while in CDA, I highly recommend this place!👍

I can’t say enough good things about this Holiday Inn Express. This is definitely the best place to stay if you are in Kootenai County. I called them early in the morning seeking overnight accommodations because my hot water heater went out. Sierra was very understanding, and she was gracious enough to let me check in early because of my unfortunate circumstances. She also gave me a late check out because my replacement water heater still wasn’t on the day of my departure. Boston added a third night to my reservation with no hassle because my hot water heater still wasn’t finished. All of the staff that I encountered were super kind, to both me and my dog. They gave her lots of loving, and the woman on night shift (sorry I forgot her name) also gave my dog a goodie bag full of treats and toys! The breakfast selection here is great. They serve complimentary nightly dinner, with soda, beer, and wine, for those who drink. They also serve delicious fresh baked cookies every night for guests. The pool, hot tub, and gym is open 24/7, which is awesome because most places kick you out around 10 p.m. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you need lodging. Pictures of my happy girl with her new toys.
