The SEKO Louisville Office has fantastic customer service and excellent end point delivery. I reached out to their office to ask if they could expedite the delivery to my location which is about an hour away. They didn't have delivery scheduled to my area for another week, but when I explained the package was for a Superbowl party in the next few days they scheduled a special delivery for me. They didn't have to but they did anyway. Will do business with again.
I purchased a washer and dryer from the exchange, never received a phone call to schedule a delivery. The scheduler was very rude when I reached out to schedule my own appointment. Today is my scheduled delivery date and my washer and dryer never arrived. I called to confirm the delivery and the only guy with access to Fort Knox is out today and the next time someone will "be in the area" is a week from today to deliver. But no one is able to confirm that at this time. Someone will give us a call back because the dispatcher isn't in yet. What do you think the chances are that someone is going to pick up the phone and call me? What a mess.
Hit or miss with this company. Today service was terrible. My order was placed online on the 10th, my item was shipped to them for it to be delivered, the first deliver date was 11/29/17, but they never made contact with me, on 11/30, I contacted them, especially since the delivery date had moved to 12/4/17. A delivery date/time was set up, but then Danny called because there was a scheduling conflict, they had already resolved it by the time I called back (the next day on delivery date). The driver called me (left a message) 17 minutes prior versus their courtesy call of 30 minutes prior, we spoke when he was four minutes away and I informed him that someone would be home in around 10-15 minutes, he allowed 10 minutes, that would have been 2:10. Someone was home at 2:03,2:04. At 2:33 Danny left a message stating that the driver had been waiting outside my house for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they were probably at the wrong house. So I end up with no delivery because Danny said he was not sending a driver back and there was no trucks. Terrible Service and Customer Service. Do not recommend this company. I also spoke to Bob who only stated that he would "pass this along" and they would contact me Monday to ensure delivery. 😞
