This a warning to anyone. If you are an owner operator and happens to book a load address, do yourself a favor by canceling. You've just done yourself a huge favor by that simple act because this is literally hell on earth because they lie in your face . I just blacklisted them. One of the worst places I have ever been for delivery. I wish there was a -star.

Was very hectic! Took about 30 minutes to even check in. When i went to shipping it seems like they just have too much going on so it made it disorganized. Once i finally got into the door thankfully it didn’t take long for me to get loaded, but i think that’s because i only had one pallet. I would try to get there a little early before your appointment, because there was a good amount of trucks waiting to get loaded!
