UPDATE 11/25: The Social Media Manager reached out to me and offered me some of her favorite styles to rectify the poor customer service. I understand that AI and the use of the bot is new and errors can happen. I responded and got a notification that they saw it but no response. I responded a day later again and again no response. This is how you make a situation go from bad to worse. I have been a longtime customer and advocate of Shefit bras but then again I have never had any issues until now. I placed an order for three bras and the next day they offered a free puffer jacket with $100 purchase. I immediately reached out and asked them if I could take advantage of the promotion and they told me no since I had ordered the bras the day before the promotion started. They said in order to get the promotion I would have to place a new order and then return the bras I ordered once I received them. I explained that didn’t make much sense and created added expense and work for both parties. They told me that was the only option. I placed a new order and returned the bras from my original order when I received them. When I got the new order, the package had been opened and rubber band together and I was missing the puffer jacket as well as one bra. I immediately emailed the company with photos and a detail explanation of what had happened. I received a reply from an AI Bot saying the order number I listed was invalid. I double checked the order number and discovered it was correct and responded to the bot. The Bot then said they would have to do an investigation. I later received an email from an actual person stating that I had to reach out to a third-party company. I emailed the third-party company the same details as well as pictures and was told they would have to conduct an investigation. Later I received an email stating a new order will be sent to the company. I received an email with the new order confirmation and it listed the jacket size as an extra large when I initially ordered a medium. I immediately reached out and explained the error and the Bot replied that any changes have to be made within 30 minutes of placing an order . I immediately responded, it had been less than 30 minutes. I received an email from Shefit saying they were out of the black puffer jacket and all they had left was this neon pink jacket. I am extremely disappointed with the amount of time this took not to mention if they would have taken care of the matter with my first email, I probably would have received the jacket and not have to go through all this additional trouble. Due to the poor customer service, I will research an alternative sports bra.
SheFit bras are the best! I found them prior to having my breast reduction because they provided the most support and were the most comfortable and I continue to wear them for the same reasons post-reduction. I won’t use another sports bra!! They are very high quality and most bras I’ve had have lasted me 2+ years before replacing.
So, back in August I had Open Heart Surgery. While in the ICU, Nurses came and put a cotton bra on me. It was OK...but not very comfortable and squished more than supported. When I got home...the search was on! I searched the ENTIRE web trying to find a Bra specifically FOR post Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, to no avail. So, I pulled out one of my SheFit Bras as they are so very adjustable!! To my delight, my search was over! The bonuses were that they zip at the front AND there is a protective cover over the zipper against my skin...so it doesn't irritate my incision!! (Only issue I had then was what colors to order!!!) And they are so adjustable making it possible to get comfortable support despite what I have had done. Shefit Bras are a winner in my book. Not only for the gym, but to use post CABG surgery. Thank you for being here for me to be comfortable during my recovery!!
