We ordered socks from this company. The order was on December 22. It was not delievered due to the post office, and was supposed to have been returned to them on Jan. 5th. We called to have the product re-shipped on Jan. 12th. They said they would, but would charge again for shipping. After waiting another month, they refused to ship again because they claimed that the post office could take up to 6 weeks to return the package to them. On Feb. 15th, they finally refunded the charged money minus the 5.95 shipping cost. Terrible customer service.

I ordered socks before Xmas but now need to return them. I called customer service on the 800 number and the local number and cannot get through. I am very unhappy about this and do not find their customer service to be at all effective. Now I am stuck with the socks I don't want. What kind of business is that?

Recently I ordered knee supports from this company. Before I ordered, I did the measurement theyrecommended and determined that my size should be medium ( I'm about 5"4 and 130 lb woman and wear size 4 cloth), but when i got knee support, I could not even push it on to my elbow, it is so tight. It got stuck at my ankle and I had a real problem to take it off from there. I think either their size chart is incorrect or the knee supports they ship are very old so they got tight because of that. So, the company wanted me to send these knee supports back for additional price and after i would do that, they would send me another size. I'm not willing to pay $5.95 for shipping it back and get another size instead because I'm afraid it is not going to fit and I'm not willing to play a game of trial and error. I asked them to send me a pre-stanmped package so I can send it back but obviously I didn't get any response from them after my request. All I can say is: don't order from them because you may have a problem with the size.

Very disappointed that order through their Amazon store cancelled (thus I’m unable to leave a review on Amazon) after a week secondary to no stock. I don’t understand why wasn’t cancelled sooner or even why item was offered for sale if unavailable. Item was a gift and at this point looks like I will be unable to get before Christmas from another vendor.
