Customer experiences
Fetch is trash. They lost my package that was clearly delivered to their facility, with a picture might I add. I was told to contact Ulta and the carrier, for what?? It was delivered to Fetch, yall lost or stole my package. At this point I believe it's theft. There's zero accountability on their part. This isn't the first time nor second and I'm frustrated I have to take time out of my day to address this. I've contacted management at my complex to see if there's an alternative for our shipments, because this ain't it. Update: Management reached out to me and said they can't file a claim because it wasn't scanned in by Fetch. Well that's because it went straight to their locker or car. I have tracking and a picture that shows my package was at Fetch so at that point it's their responsibility. And on top of that I have another package that wasn't delivered, that still shows out for delivery for 4 days now. I still haven't had any follow on. This company is terrible. Good luck with receiving your package.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was supposed to leave town yesterday for an important family event, and a very expensive, meaningful gift I ordered never arrived. There was no update, no communication, and no delivery—nothing. I had to delay my plans waiting on this package, and I’m still left in the dark wondering if it was lost or even stolen. The company clearly doesn’t understand the value or urgency of customers’ shipments. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. They open at 9 AM, and I expect my package to be the first thing delivered—but honestly, at this point, I’ve lost all trust. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.
Their "service" is offered through my apartment. I've had to schedule a delivery three times in one week. They never came to my door with my packages. As I wait in my apartment, I get a text saying that they attempted to deliver and no one answered twice, then they take the packages back to their facility for me to reschedule. I just want my packages that I ordered.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered, they sent me to check at another suite, claimed no responsibility despite the package being delivered to their door, and when I asked what I should do the employee said, it’s not his problem and walked away. This isn’t the first time my packages have “mysteriously gone missing” at their facilities, I personally think that their employees or drivers are stealing items.
