Good company, bad ppl working for it. Brandon is a broker there who expects you to be on standby and guess the pickup information. Agreed to a load at 10 am, called him, no answer, never heard back from him until 3 pm that he calls wondering why I haven't checked in to load? After countless successful loads, because of 1 load he messed up on they block me from loading at that office. Not very reassuring.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. The broker named Patrick, is nothing but a liar. He lied me for 5 hours straight. Started with this load at 8pm,its 1pm the next day and still haven't finished with this load yet. Dont do it. Its brokers like him that give the trucking industry and brokers a bad name.

My experience with Allen Lund has been very good and professional. Their communication skills is on point and that's what separates them from other companies. It doesn't matter what broker answers the phone.
