Josh, my Master Plumber was fantastic and was trying to get things repaired quickly. The same cannot be said for the dig crew or the tradesmen plumbers. I had to have all of my cast iron drain pipes replaced due to corrosion and failure of the drain system. The dig crew and tradesmen plumbers wasted about 2 days just screwing around and not doing things correctly. It was bad enough that the supervisor had to babysit the tradesmen plumbers to ensure they actually worked. I was without the ability to use the toilet, showers, and sink for a total of 12 days, which was very difficult, especially for my elderly mother who lives with me. I am still waiting on her the inspection, removal of old pipes, and 2 huge piles of dirt from my yard. One pile is against my siding and I am concerned that the weight might have damaged my siding. My yard where the dirt piles are is likely completely dead now and will require an additional expense to repair. I won’t use Stan’s again. To be fair, the pipe replacement works fantastic but it was an exorbitant amount of money to repair-$68k.

Feb 17th, I had a water heater go out in my house, so I contacted Stan's for a quote. The quote was competitive, so I decided to use Stan's, and I decided to replace both my water heaters at the same time since they were both 18 years old. One broken; one still functioning. Everything went well with the installation on Feb 18th, but I noticed almost immediately that one of the two wasn't putting out hot water. It was warm, but not hot. I called back Stan's to my house three times to figure it out. They adjusted the settings and kept saying it should be fine. The week of Feb 24th, I asked that the come back again since the water wasn't hot. They brought a supervisor this time and determined the heater had a faulty gas intake valve. They told me on Feb 27th that they would need to order it and that it would take two weeks. I had zero communication with Stan's until the 24th of March, so almost a month without hot water with zero communication. I called and asked why they hadn't contacted me with an update and was sent to the parts department. Then I called back on March 24th and ask for a Manager and was told that Brian or Johnny would call me back. The day past, and I received zero communication. I called back on the morning of March 25th and had to leave another message. At this point, I've not had hot water for over a month. I have had terrible communication, and the issue still isn't resolved. This is after purchasing two new hot water heaters from Stans. It's been a horrible experience, and so if it were possible I would give them less than one star. And I continue to wait for my hot water and Stan's continues to not be responsive.

Super happy with Stan’s Heating and Air. I was able to make an appointment very soon after I called for service and my technician, Jason Davis, was awesome. He was super knowledgeable, very polite, and just a joy of a human being. He was able to fix my multiple problems that I have been having for years in just a couple hours. Super grateful. Highly recommend.
