Terrific Customer Experience & Great Communication! I did some online research before finalizing my selections to Grazer and 2 other vendors and requested quotes. Grazer was middle of the pack in pricing, but stood out for straight forward communication and great informative guides on EV charging, including a step by step of everything they would need to get started and how the whole process would work. We eventually selected them over the other vendors based on other reviews and feedback and the desire to support local small business. I'm very happy I did. This is exactly the kind of service and support I was looking for. The process moving forward after approving the quote was extremely smooth. I was able to coordinate and schedule installation immediately and was able to get a date within only a few days of initiating the inquiry. During the scheduling time, team Grayzer always responded promptly and addressed all of my feedback in each exchange. The excellent customer service continued when Zach arrived to complete the work. He started by reviewing the process and making sure we were all on the same page about what we were doing and how we were doing it. After he finished, I was able to get him to take a look at a wiring issue I was also having between a new set of fans and a set of switches. After hearing about my problem, again Zach walked me through what he could try to do and how it would be billed, setting my expectations without over promising. Then Zach went above and beyond. I was in complete awe how quickly he was able to do the extra work I had requested, not only due to the speed in which it was accomplished, but the execution was also top notch. He was able to do what I had asked and had even fixed some features that had never worked properly on our fan. Zach closed the appointment by testing and reviewing all the work for my approval before accepting the payment and saying goodbye. When we wanted to update our circuit breaker Grayzer gave us a quote for less than half of what another (highly-rated) competitor was offering, and they were able to give the quote just based on pictures without having to schedule an in-person consultation. They respond to emails exceptionally quickly. On the day of the appointment they arrived promptly at the start of the window they gave up. The new circuit breaker looks and works fantastic.
