I like to go to this store often and never had any issues. However, I bought a pair of lounge pants from here and tried to return them two days later. When I put them on again I noticed holes in the butt. I did take the tags off when I put them on as a normal person would and noticed the holes an hour or two later. They were clearly bought this way. I brought back the receipt and the pants. They were $40 pants. They would not return the pants and that is okay. HOWEVER just apologize that you can’t return them instead of blaming your customer for not checking over the clothing for holes before purchasing. The retailer told me she would recommend I check the clothing. That’s not my job. It’s your job to check the clothing before putting it back on the rack.
Today, September 16th, at 3:50 I was in the store. I found things that I liked, tried them on and left the store. But my mood was spoiled by the customer service, I went to the fitting room, where there was a short woman with dark hair, and she asked how many things I took before entering the booth. I greeted the woman with a smile, but she did not even greet me and looked at me emotionlessly or even, it seems to me, angrily. For the first time I had such a negative experience visiting a clothing store. Please, choose the staff more carefully or at least teach them how to treat customers. Thank you for your attention.
We are happy about shopping however the only thing that disappointed us was the behavior of cashier.she was busy in talking with her colleague even while scanning the stuff and was ignoring the customer as she was mad on us because we showed up in the store few last minutes before closing. Pathetic service and I didn't expect it from the well reputated brand.
