Never again will I purchase anything online! I bought a faux leather skirt and jacket for my birthday end of September and because of Canada post threatening strike action they chose Purolator courier service I live in an apartment building purolator can’t even ring a buzzer or phone to let me know they are arriving with my package I could have met them at the door or outside had I known the time of delivery then I have to go to the depot to pick up my packages I don’t have a vehicle. I hate purolator courier service and now I won’t be buying anything online at Pennington ever again because they ruined my shopping experience and my birthday all of you can go out of business Canada post purolator and Penningtons terrible customer service and your policies all suck

The website clearly says curbside pick up weather permitting. So I used the curbside, the worker comes out all feisty and saying "we don't do curbside, I'll do it this time" I pull out my phone and show her on the website it says curbside pick up, she goes the manager said "we,don't do that" yet I've been doing curbside all this time. Must be a lazy worker. The service there always sucks, everytime I ship in this store I walk or drive away feeling upset by the service.

Hit or miss on whether or not they will have my size. You can order online and ship to the store but it’s annoying to do when you really need to try the garment on to know if it will fit. Staff is generally friendly but the last few visits it seems like they have tried to dodge helping shoppers, could just be a busy time of year.
