Extremely disappointing experience with HOAM Facility Management! I've been living in the same building for 3 years and recently reached out to request the updated parking access device — the same one issued to other residents — to replace the outdated windshield sticker. Instead of providing it as a default upgrade, they asked me to pay for it. To be clear: I wasn’t asking for a replacement due to damage or loss, nor was I requesting an extra one. I was simply asking for what should have been provided to all residents in the first place. On top of that, the parking situation is a mess. My designated spot is not in the basement parking, but under the building, and my car ends up dirty almost every day due to dripping water from the building or bird droppings from nests above. Yet they’re more focused on squeezing money out of residents for minor things like access devices rather than fixing basic issues, and provide a well arranged parking. Poor customer service. Unprofessional and cheap management. Do better, HOAM. Update: in addition to my review above, here are pictures showing how dirty I find my car almost every morning. HOAM will you pay for my car wash every other day?! Or maybe finally do something with those parking spaces under the building ?!
