I wish I could give this place zero stars. Ordered a couch through Sam’s club and selected Monday for delivery. AIT gave me a window of 0800-2000, they never showed. Called and they gave me four different numbers and finally was told that was the date to the local company and I had to schedule a date. Selected Wednesday and was given a time of 0800-1200. Received a notification that the couch was out for delivery. 1300, still no couch. Called them back and they said it was so damaged they can’t deliver it. This is a scam company who is stealing from people and will not deliver your goods.

I have had nothing but issues in dealing with their claims department. My furniture was delivered by two men who damaged and put a hole in my wall. I reached out to their Claims Department Administrator Mireya Sandoval-Haro and gave her all the information that she had requested from me. After days of no reply back to me, she finally emailed me back to say she would get back to me. After weeks of waiting, I reached out again to ask about my claim and receiving compensation. The claims Administrator finally said they could only offer me $50. So I told her that is fine, and she said they would mail out the check within 30 days. Of course 30 days went by and I still did not receive the check. I reached out to the Claims Administrator again, and she said she would check to see why the check has not arrived. A few days later I received the check and went to deposit it that same day. Almost a week later, the check was returned to them and I was charged a returned check fee on my checking account. I called my bank to ask why the check was returned, the bank told me that the person who sent the check put a “stop payment” on the check, so my money was taken out of my account, and returned to the company, and I was also left with a $20 fee on top of that. I called and reached out to their claims administrator once again, but this time I did not get an answer. I am frustrated and I feel like this department and company is a scam. Their customer service is horrible as well.

You couldn’t pay me to use them for delivery and install. They are paid by Purple Mattress to deliver beds and had no clue what they were doing to install an adjustable bed on my existing bed frame. The 2 guys reeked of marijuana and were so unhelpful to the point my new bed and mattresses were left in boxes because they couldn’t figure out how to install. Would never recommend.
