This company will rip you off with made up claims long after you've sent in the paperwork for settlement, we loaded a multi drop load for these guys, at first pick we were informed that the load was going to be 2 pallets short on account that the shipper didn't have the product, I reported it to dispatch (what else should I have done) they said they were fine with it that they would make a note of it so there would be no problems, so off I went on a multi stop (5 or 6 stops?) Everything went fine until about a month after completion of the load that's when we were informed that the load was 2 pallets short and there would be a claim so course they deducted $5,000 from my settlement. They don't remember being given a heads up about the the shortage they stuck to that story and wouldn't come off of it, took taking them to small claims court and if course they failed to show up that just going to make things worse for them. It's bad enough out here without someone trying to rip you off.

Why you guys are mad at them ? Once you collect your payment contact the customer straight and let them know your everything.There are some kind humans left . They will not work with them because of reputation . Don’t forget to send every single place you pickup the load email with explaining .File complaint to the labor department and claim in surety bond with attorney fees and emotional distress. If that doesn’t work go to Attorney general office . Please be petty . You are not going to work with them again . More you complain the more department will keep and eye on them . Soon class a action lawsuit . Reviews doesn’t give back your sweat and hardwork money . Owner is doing his best to delete this review must be collecting a lot of detention and layover from customers and worried about audit .
