This company will rip you off with made up claims long after you've sent in the paperwork for settlement, we loaded a multi drop load for these guys, at first pick we were informed that the load was going to be 2 pallets short on account that the shipper didn't have the product, I reported it to dispatch (what else should I have done) they said they were fine with it that they would make a note of it so there would be no problems, so off I went on a multi stop (5 or 6 stops?) Everything went fine until about a month after completion of the load that's when we were informed that the load was 2 pallets short and there would be a claim so course they deducted $5,000 from my settlement. They don't remember being given a heads up about the the shortage they stuck to that story and wouldn't come off of it, took taking them to small claims court and if course they failed to show up that just going to make things worse for them. It's bad enough out here without someone trying to rip you off.
