0 STARS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY CLOTHING HERE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY & NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEMS. I bought clothing there over 6 months ago. They sent half of my order which was not sized right anyway and refuses to give refunds. Waited two more months and still didn’t receive the other half of my order. Barely replied to any of my emails so I had to go to the storefront just for them to tell me that the rest of my order was a “Made to order” And I would receive it in another month. Fast forward to another three months and still didn’t receive anything and now they completely Ignore all my emails where I’m demanding a refund back. So they stole my money and never shipped me the rest of my order. Do not buy from them, and if you do buy from them, don’t be a dummy and wait six months in hoping to receive the item and then report it to your bank. If they don’t ship your things within three months and they refuse to give you a refund, you have up to 100 days after your purchase to dispute it with your Credit card company because that’s the only way you’ll get your money back. That’s why they say it will take “10-12 weeks” For the orders to be made and shipped because that so conveniently Is the maximum amount of time you have to dispute them stealing your money from the banks. Because after that time, there’s no way of getting your money back. I don’t know how they get away with theft, this place should be shut down.

Love this gym. It’s the perfect boutique gym vibes and aesthetic. I’ve never had to wait for the equipment. The staff are lovely and always helpful. Cute little lounge, apparel store for some post gym browsing. Summertime the garage doors are open for open air gym vibes too. Honestly a little Mississauga gem!

I purchased summer items online on July 7th and they told me it would take 5-10 weeks to be shipped out. At the end of July I emailed them asking for an update as I still hadn’t received any update on my order (not even a confirmation email). They responded with an automatic email telling me that it would take 5-10 weeks to be shipped out. I emailed them again on August 25th and guess what? No one responded! It wasn’t until I direct messaged them on instagram asking someone to check on my order did they finally respond (with an automatic email). After 12 weeks I decided to just cancel my order as it was now the end of summer and I had no use for the SUMMER CLOTHING I had ordered. I emailed and direct messaged them but only got a response on instagram after 3 messages were sent. They said it would take a couple of days to process the refund. After 9 days I messaged them again and asked when I should be expecting it but it seemed they had ghosted me because I guess they didn’t want to give me my money back? I went to the store in Mississauga and asked the person at the front when I should be expecting my refund and they said that I should be receiving it in 10-15 days. I also asked about my order and if any of the items would have even been shipped out soon and they literally said “the clothing you ordered hasn’t been made yet”. So you’re telling me you’re letting people buy “made to order items” without even making them after 3 months? They tried to blame it on the manufacturer, but why wouldn’t they email their customers who ordered these “made to order items” and let them know that it would take longer than expected and give them the option of a refund? to be completely honest it just sounds like they want to keep everyone’s money with no guarantee of customers receiving their orders so they can renovate their gym (which the front desk person told me they were in the process of doing). Anyways, it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received a refund so that’s great!

Do not buy from this brand! I ordered something 2 months ago and they still have not even shipped out my item. When I ordered it, no where on their website lets you know how long you will be waiting for shipment and then they send you a confirmation email that says it will take 3-4 weeks. I am now on the second month of waiting and still nothing. I have sent 7 emails, requesting for a refund, they responded to one of them with an automatic message saying the shipment would take 4-5 weeks and claimed that it said this on the confirmation email(IT DIDN’T). So, I emailed back letting them know it’s not true and requesting a refund and they have ghosted me. I followed up like 5 times and nothing, I decided to call today and she tells me that all September orders will ship out by November 10th!!! They should make this a lot more clear on the website. If you’re considering ordering from this brand, order from shein instead. Shein will ship faster, be cheaper and have the same exact quality(I know people who have there’s and shein and the quality is the exact same).
