I work full time, and after a long and exhausting workday, I push myself to go to the gym. Unfortunately, this location which I chose because it’s close to my work is not clean at all. The machines are almost always broken. It’s rare to find one without a note saying it’s scheduled for repair. But what truly irritates me, and what I believe does not meet LA Fitness standards, are the broken lockers, the filthy and damaged washrooms, the extremely dirty hallways leading to the showers, and of course the broken showers themselves. The shower curtains are black. I assume to hide dirt. but, they’re now so filthy that the grime is visible even on the black fabric, and they smell awful. As you walk down the hall, you come to the dirty, broken pool and, almost always, a non-functioning Jacuzzi. Overall, I strongly believe this location should be audited by those responsible for LA Fitness franchises, as well as by the city’s health and safety department.

I don’t know what it is about this location but management needs to police the people who use this gym. The weight racks are a constant cluster and nothing is remotely close to where it should be. They do a good job of keeping it clean given how busy it is. But people are disrespectful and should be booted… Do you really need to leave your pre-workout powder spilled all over the counter in the change room or your paper towels on the floor? Can you at least not put you weights back on the rack - someplace at least ?

It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Isabella's welcoming presence makes this gym stand out from the rest. Highly recommend!
