The LEGO® Store Jersey Gardens

Mel made our visit to the LEGO Store at Jersey Gardens absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the experience so fun and memorable, especially for my child. You can tell Mel truly loves what she does—her positive energy, attention to detail, and care for customers really stand out. She went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mel, for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Really disappointed with the experience here. I bought a LEGO set from this store, only to later find the exact same item on Amazon’s official LEGO store for $40 less. I purchased it from Amazon and came back to return the one from this store. During the return, the staff repeatedly questioned whether I had opened or used the item, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I hadn’t. The box they sold me already had a partially opened sticker, yet I was treated as if I was being dishonest. Overall, the interaction felt untrusting and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this store again — you never know if the products on the shelf have issues, and if you try to return something, be prepared to be questioned over and over.
